Crease removal and discoloration - enhancement

The photo below waxes nostalgic over a time when things were much simpler. We resized the photo to accent its main objects, retouched a slight tear and crack on the left, digitally restored the brightness and removed the discoloration, dust and scratches.

Retouching of Scratches, Stains, Damaged Edges, and Sepia Tones

This photograph of a young lady came in as a very well worn B&W wallet sized picture. The client requested a 8" x 10" print, if possible. We restored the background, edges, and discolorations found on the subject's skin and clothing. We also adjusted the brightness and contrast levels to bring out as much detail as possible while retaining the softness of the image. We then added a slight sepia cast to bring out the warmth of the scene.

Add, remove, or change backgrounds

The old photograph on the right was digitally restored and enhanced by replaced the water damaged background with a new one, very similar to the original. Then restored the original color, brightness, tint and contrast.
