As soon as we receive your photograph, we scan the original photo and place it in our archives for safekeeping. From this point on, the entire process is performed on the scanned image so that your original is not altered in any way.

Depending on the condition of your original, as well as the scope of work you request, we then undergo a manual retouching process. This provides a greater level of control over the process. After you have accepted the proof for your project, we will return your original photograph, along with a print suitable for framing. In addition, you may opt to receive a copy of your restoration on CD to ensure its integrity for generations.
